What's your cancellation policy?

If you have to cancel your holiday for any reason the £50 deposit is non-refundable.  If the holiday is cancelled less than 8 weeks before your holiday start date you are liable for the full cost of the holiday.

Can I bring my dog?

Well behaved dogs are welcome but Oakdene Forest Park do not allow certain breeds, (please contact us for details) 

Are you small-children/infant friendly?

Children are welcome and a travel cot/bed rail/high-chair are available to hire upon your request.

How do I make a reservation?

Reservations can be made by contacting us by telephone 07507 890 441/01425 476024 or email michellega@sky.com.  Once we receive your £100 deposit we will reserve the dates you require and the balance of your holiday will become payable eight weeks before the start date.  £50 of this deposit will be refunded to you via cheque at the end of your holiday unless any damage has been incurred.   

What forms of payment do you accept?

Payment is accepted via cheque/postal order or bankers draft.

		A £50.00 deposit will be taken at the time of booking to secure requested dates, and will be kept for seven days from the date of departure to cover any event of loss or damage. In the event of cancelation, the deposit is non-refundable.  Payment in full must be made eight weeks prior to the start date of your booking. Your holiday caravan will be available to you from 12.30pm on your arrival date, you must vacate your holiday caravan by 10.30am on the date of your departure. There will be an inventory list in your holiday caravan, it is your responsibility to read through this at your earliest convenience and inform us as soon as possible if you feel it is incorrect in any way as any loss or damage  on your departure will be claimed against you. Prior arrangement must be sought for all male or all females groups to stay in the holiday caravan. The amount of persons staying at the holiday caravan must not exceed that for which the holiday caravan can accomodate in berths. No excessive noise is permitted after 10.00pm or before 9.00am. Bed linen is provided, beds will be freshly made up on your arrival, if requested.Kitchen tea towels, hand towels and dish clothes will be provided. You must empty the fridge and bin on your departure It would be of help to strip bed linen and put into a pillow case ready for collection Lastly but of main importance, PLEASE ENJOY YOUR STAY !
